Mildura Rolled Oat Fried Rice
(Serves 2) or (2-person serving)

1 cup of Mildura Rolled Oats
1 cup of white rice
80g of chicken cubes
2 teaspoons of Olive Oil
1 teaspoon of chopped garlic
A moderate amount of diced mixed veggie (Individual preference)

Ingredients for Marinated Chicken
Chicken cubes
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
A dash of pepper
1 teaspoon of corn starch
Mildura Rolled Oats
Stir fry the oats or use the microwave to heat it up for about 30-45 seconds.

Cooking Method:

1. Wash and cook the white rice.
2. Stir fry the garlic with olive oil and add in marinated chicken cubes, diced mixed veggie, white rice and Mildura Rolled Oats together. Let it cook for a while.
3. Add in dash of pepper and a few dashes of soy sauce according to taste.
