| 1/3 cup soy sauce |

| 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce |

| 1/3 cup water |

| 4 tablespoons cane sugar |
1.
| Cut the chicken breast into cubes. |

| Mix together the marinade ingredients. |

| Marinate the chicken for 4 hours. |
